
Mark Casado, the Spanish Barcelona star, praised the abilities of his teammate Pedri, stressing that playing alongside him makes his task on the field much easier.
Since the beginning of the season, Casado has become an element. He was a key player in coach Hansi Flick's squad, as he formed a strong duo with Pedri in midfield, along with a third player such as Dani Olmo or Javi, with some limited contributions by Frenkie de Jong.
Pedri presented A wonderful level this season, as he participated in almost all of Barcelona’s matches so far, away from the injuries that affected his participation in previous seasons, and Pedri became one of the main pillars of the team under Flick’s leadership.
Casado said: “Playing alongside Pedri makes everything easier. He is a world-class player, and one of the best players in his position.”
He added: “I I am grateful to be with him in the Barcelona midfield, and I feel happy to be part of This team."
