Amid Uncertainty About His Future.. Alvarez's Preferred Destination Revealed

Italian journalist Matteo Moretto revealed during his appearance on the program 'La Pissara' on 'Radio Marca' that the future of Argentine player Julian Alvarez of Atletico Madrid remains open during the transfer period.

Moretto explained that Atletico Madrid's management is seeking to renew the player's contract and keep him within the team, but negotiations have not made any progress so far, with the player and his entourage not providing a positive response to the offer.

He added that Alvarez has unofficially expressed within the club his desire to have a new experience, pointing out that Barcelona is considered his preferred destination if he leaves, saying: "If he could choose between all the clubs, he would go to Barcelona," while emphasizing that the deal depends on the Catalan club's financial capability.

He indicated that Atletico Madrid might consider selling the player if a financial offer exceeding 120 to 125 million euros is received, which is a value similar to previous major deals.
