Malian midfielder Aliou Dieng was keen to send a farewell message to Al-Ahly of Egypt, after leaving on loan to Al-Koloud for this season.
Aliou Dieng moved to the Saudi Al-Khuloud ranks during the summer transfer period, coming from Al-Ahly of Egypt on loan for one sporting season.
Dieng wrote in his message on his Instagram account: “It was an honor for me to represent Al-Ahly, thank you very much.”
Dieng continued, saying: “I would like to thank everyone at the club and the wonderful fans for the love and support.”
Al-Mali continued: “Now is the time to embark on a new experience, and I am excited about the challenges ahead. See you soon, not goodbye.”
