Barcelona responds to rumors of Deco's departure with an official statement
The Spanish club Barcelona responded, in an official statement, to the recent reports that claimed that Barcelona manager Deco is unhappy at the club and may leave in the coming period.
Sport newspaper said: The Catalan said that Deco was not happy in the summer Mercato due to the club’s lack of financial resources, and is considering leaving the Catalan club.
Barcelona responded to these reports in a statement that said: “ FC Barcelona categorically denies the information that appeared in the newspaper Sport, which cast doubt on the continuity of our sporting director.”
He concluded: “FC Barcelona is completely satisfied with Deco’s work. He rejects what was reported in the Sport newspaper against our football director, who has just finished his work at the Mercato.”
