Libyan Union Secures Signing of Nantes Star Ali Youssef

Libyan club Al Ittihad has finalized the signing of international defender Ali Youssef, who plays for French side Nantes and the Libyan national team, during the current summer transfer window.

Officials from the federation have completed the contract procedures for Ali Youssef, making him the latest addition to the team as they gear up for the new season, amid the club's desire to strengthen their squad and compete for titles, as confirmed by Benghazi TV.

Ali Youssef experienced his first taste of European football with French club Nantes, where he represented the team in 13 matches in the domestic league during the second half of last season.

The Libyan defender had recently been linked with a move to Egyptian club Al Ahly during the summer transfer window, but the deal did not go through.
