The media personality Ahmed Shobeir confirmed that the match between Al Ahly and Ceramica Cleopatra will not be replayed.

Shobeir said on his program "With Shobeir" on "On Sport FM" radio that there is clear obstinacy from the Egyptian Football Association in managing the crisis file of the Al Ahly and Ceramica match.

He clarified that Al Ahly's actions in this crisis are not aimed at replaying the match, but rather to exert pressure for reforming the refereeing system within the federation, especially in light of the increasing objections to refereeing decisions in recent times.

The match between Al Ahly and Ceramica witnessed a controversial refereeing incident when Al Ahly players demanded a penalty due to a handball by player Ahmed Hani. Despite the video assistant referee calling the attention of referee Mahmoud Wafa, he insisted on his decision not to award any foul.
