Imad Al-Nahhas, the former Al-Ahly coach, spoke about his time coaching the Iraqi club Al-Zawraa and commented on the possibility of him taking over as coach of the Egyptian club Al-Masry Al-Portsaidi in the near future.

Nahas confirmed that the start of his coaching at Al-Zawraa Club was remarkable after the club achieved 5 consecutive victories.

Nahas said in statements on "MBC Egypt": "The management changed three coaches under similar circumstances. I was the one who managed the most matches in the league. The team started very strongly before stumbling in just one match, but the pressure doubled after the continental exit, which contributed to the decision for his departure."

Nahas spoke about the possibility of coaching the Egyptian club, saying: "The Egyptian team is a big club and the current coach is doing an excellent job. Why not coach the team? If there are developments in this matter, they will be announced."

He concluded by noting that playing against Al-Ahly represents a tough test for any coach, emphasizing that performance on the field is the decisive factor, as each team has its legitimate ambitions to secure victory points.
