The journalist Ahmed Hassan revealed a new decision by Al Ahly regarding Jes Torup, the coach of the Red team, following their exit from the African Champions League.
Hassan said on Facebook: "Exclusive... a month's salary deduction for Yis Torop and his assisting team after exiting the Champions League according to the contract signed between the parties."
Al Ahly bid farewell to the CAF Champions League after losing to Tunisia's Esperance in the second leg of the quarter-finals with a score of 3-2.
The first leg match ended with a 1-0 victory for Esperance.
