Good News in Barcelona's Training
Thursday 19-02-2026
Barcelona players returned to training today, Thursday, after two days of rest, in preparation for facing Levante next Sunday at Spotify Camp Nou, as part of the Spanish League competitions. This return follows the recent defeats against Atletico Madrid and Girona, which witnessed refereeing controversies, while Real Madrid tops the standings table with a two-point lead over the Catalan team.

The training session saw the inclusion of Pedri and Marcus Rashford in group work, providing a strong boost for the team before the anticipated match. Pedri had missed the last six matches due to a muscle injury, while Rashford was absent from the last two defeats, and they are expected to be on the match list against Levante.

After regaining Pedri and Rashford, only Gavi and Andreas Christensen remain absent. Gavi is expected to join group training next March, while the return date for Christensen is still unspecified.

The coaching staff, led by Hans Flick, hopes to regain balance and return to the winning path, benefiting from the return of key players before resuming local competitions.
