The Jordanian club Al-Hussein officially announced today, Sunday, the permanent transfer of their player Awda Al-Fakhouri to the Egyptian club Pyramids during the current winter transfer window.

Pyramids Club completed the procedures to sign the player after a strong competition with more than one club, most notably Al Ahly of Egypt.

Al-Hussein Club issued an official statement on Facebook stating: "Al-Hussein Club announces the permanent transfer of its player Awda Fakhouri to Pyramids Club, after a distinguished career during which the player delivered remarkable performances and gained important experience both locally and internationally."

He added: "Under this transfer, Al-Hussein Club will receive financial returns in exchange for the player's transfer, in addition to other returns linked to Pyramids Club achieving any future championships and selling the player's contract to a third party."

He continued: "This transition confirms Al-Hussein Club's approach to developing players and honing Jordanian talents, as the player's performance has noticeably improved, resulting in his presence with the national team and attracting the attention of several prestigious clubs."

He concluded: "Al-Hussein Club wishes its player Awda Al-Fakhouri continued success and prosperity in his upcoming professional experience, appreciating his efforts and contributions during his time wearing the club's jersey."
