Pyramids Coach Rules Out Signing Shaloulili and Lorch

South African coach Rulani Mokwena of Pyramids has settled the debate surrounding the possibility of signing his compatriots Peter Shalulile and Themba Zwane to the Egyptian team in the current summer transfer window.

Rulani Mokwena spoke to a South African radio station: "Signing Peter Shalulile or Themba Zwane? They are both great players, but I don't want to discuss the situation of players who are not with us right now."

He added: "I know that Peter Shalulile is available as a free agent, so we need to consider him in our plans, and I am very impressed with him, the same goes for Thimbenkosi Lorch, but specifically Peter."

Regarding the duration of his contract with Pyramids, he said: "Many people are talking about this subject, but as you know, the most important thing for me is to try to focus on doing a very good job."

He added: "We are focusing on preparing very well for the pre-season, and trying to get the best players who can help us strengthen the squad."

Rulani Mokwena concluded his remarks by stating: "I believe this is my biggest focus... I'm not focused on the length of the contract, but hopefully we can achieve positive results and continue for as long as possible."
