Journalist Romain Molina revealed AS Monaco's stance on whether Spanish star Ansu Fati will remain with the team after the end of his loan period from Barcelona.
The young Spanish forward joined Monaco last summer on a loan deal until the end of this season, with an option for a permanent transfer.
Roman Molina mentioned on his official account on X that Monaco has decided not to activate the permanent purchase option in Fati's contract, and therefore he will return to Barcelona at the end of the season.
It is worth noting that Fati played 14 matches for Monaco across all competitions this season and scored 6 goals.
