Barcelona's coaching staff has decided to postpone goalkeeper Juan Garcia's return to team training, considering that it is still too early for his full participation after a long absence due to injury.

According to the Catalan newspaper "Sport", Garcia was expected to return against Club Brugge on Wednesday in the Champions League, but the young goalkeeper has not yet trained with the group.

The newspaper added that the medical staff at Barcelona preferred not to take risks with the player or hasten his recovery process, as they see no benefit in his temporary inclusion in the team before the trip to face Club Brugge.

The newspaper concluded that the goalkeeper trained individually today.

Barcelona had announced on September 26 that Garcia is suffering from a tear in the internal meniscus of his left knee, which necessitated surgery.
