Al Ahly's Budget Increased Tenfold Since 2017
Mamdouh El Khatib, the president of Al Ahly Club, revealed a historical leap in the club's budget from 2017 until the current year.
El Khatib stated during the electoral seminar for his list that Al Ahly's budget has increased more than tenfold since 2017, reaching 8.5 billion Egyptian pounds by the end of its current term.
He also pointed out that the current council is committed to paying all installments related to the lands of the branches that have become the sole property of Al Ahly Club.
The president of Al Ahly expressed his gratitude to the board of directors of the club's football company, affirming that they succeeded in investing and marketing the commercial rights of the players and increasing revenues, which contributed to supporting the club's resources and financing its new deals.
El Khatib concluded that the club has borne significant costs over the past years related to team travels, accommodation, and managing sports activities, which necessitated the establishment of Al Ahly Sports Services Company to handle this file efficiently.
