The Spanish left-back Alejandro Baldi expressed his disappointment after the heavy loss against Sevilla, confirming that the team did not deliver the required performance and made many mistakes that need to be corrected in the upcoming period.

Baldi said: "We made a lot of mistakes; in the second half, we had chances to score goals, but we need to learn a lot."

He added: "It was a difficult match due to the timing and the weather, but these are not excuses; we played a bad game and we need to improve ourselves. It’s a phase of the season and there are things that need to be adjusted."

Baldi continued: "We were capable of changing the course of the match; we got a penalty and some clear chances, but we didn’t take advantage of them, and this will help us in the future."

He concluded his remarks by commenting on the refereeing, stating: "I think the penalty was not correct, but in the end, we need to focus on ourselves and improve."
