Marseille Extends Contract of Moroccan Bilal Nader Until After 2026
Thursday 25-09-2025
The French club Olympique Marseille has extended the contract of its Moroccan player Bilal Nader, in a move that confirms the club's commitment to retaining its young talents and ensuring their continuity within the first team.

According to the FootMarseillais website, both parties have reached an agreement on all financial details and the player's sporting role, with only some formalities remaining before the official announcement, noting that the current contract ends in June 2026.

It is expected that Italian coach Roberto De Zerbi will continue to rely on Bilal Nader as a key player this season, after the player regained full fitness following a serious knee ligament injury that sidelined him for 248 days and caused him to miss 31 matches.

Nader had signed his first professional contract with Marseille in July 2021, before making his official debut with the first team in September 2023 against Paris Saint-Germain.

With this extension, Marseille continues its policy of solidifying its young pillars, while the Moroccan player aims to make a significant impact in Ligue 1.
