Sayed Abdel Hafiz Comments on Mohamed Hani's Red Card in the Farco Match
Sayed Abdel Hafiz, the former Al Ahly star, commented on the red card given to Mohamed Hani, the red team's player, during the Farco match that took place in the second round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Sayed Abdel Hafiz stated in television remarks: "Mohamed Hani was running and his lips weren't moving at all; I can't find any reason or logic for Ma'ruf to chase after him and send him off. I honestly didn't understand what happened; it was very strange, to be honest."
He continued: "If I were the director of football at Al Ahly during the Farco match, I would have chased after Ma'ruf in the incident of Hani's red card."
He added: "Regarding Mohamed Hani's punishment, certainly, if I were the director of football, I would apply the regulations to him, but I wouldn't give him any additional punishment because I'm not convinced about the red card in the first place."
