Ahmed Shobair, the media figure, revealed the status of Imam Ashour, the star of Al Ahly, regarding participating in the match against Pyramids in the league.

Al Ahly will face Pyramids on Saturday, August 30, in the fifth round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Shobair stated in remarks during his radio program: "I advised Imam Ashour from the first day not to rush his return from injury, especially since this time he is suffering from a collarbone fracture and not a shoulder dislocation like his first injury."

He continued: "Imam Ashour will miss the match against Ghazl El Mahalla and will also not be able to participate in the league match against Pyramids. The mind tells me to protect the player, so the medical staff requested that he train without aggression or intensity to avoid re-injury."

Shobair added: "Imam Ashour will return to full training next week; I hope my predictions are wrong."
