Barcelona Clarifies Its Position on Transfer Deals
Barcelona has finalized its stance on the summer transfer market, as the management, in coordination with coach Hans Flick and sporting director Deco, decided to close the transfer chapter after signing Marcus Rashford, Roni Bardghji, and goalkeeper Juan Garcia.
According to Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo," Flick expressed his complete satisfaction with the current squad, confirming during a press conference in the South Korean capital, Seoul, that all positions are now covered, with some having two or three players.
The newspaper confirmed that the forward line has been completed with the addition of Rashford and Bardghji, while Juan Garcia represents a reliable option for the future in goalkeeping. The management also praised the technical leaps made by the duo Eric and Gerard Martin in the full-back position, alongside having four defenders in the center-back role, with Eric, Koundé, and even Gerard taking on multiple roles.
In midfield, the team is clearly overcrowded in positions 6, 8, and 10, reinforcing the coaching staff's conviction that no new additions are necessary.
The newspaper noted that Flick will rely on some members of the reserve team when needed, who are currently with the team on the Asian tour.
