Yahya Attia Allah's Desire to Return to Wydad
Thursday 31-07-2025
The future of Moroccan international Yahya Attia Allah, player of Russian team Sochi, remains shrouded in uncertainty, with his name linked to several clubs over the past few weeks, primarily Wydad Athletic Club, which is looking to bring him back during the current summer transfer window.

The Africa Foot website revealed that Attia Allah expressed his serious desire to return to the Moroccan league through his former team Wydad, but the financial terms of the contract still represent the main obstacle to completing the deal.

According to the source, Wydad submitted a financial offer of 650 million Moroccan dirhams (approximately 650,000 dollars) after negotiations with the Russian club's management.

However, Wydad's desire to pay the amount in three installments was rejected by Sochi officials, who require the full amount to be paid in one lump sum.

In an attempt to bridge the gap, the Russian team proposed an alternative arrangement should Wydad's interest in signing the player continue, which is to pay one-third of the amount as an initial payment, with the remainder to be paid in a single subsequent installment.

Yahya Attia Allah had spent two seasons between Al Ahly of Egypt and Sochi, participating in 11 matches during his time with Al Ahly, where he contributed directly with 4 goals and assists.

The player hopes to return to the atmosphere of the Moroccan championship and regain his shine in the Wydad jersey, awaiting what the coming days will bring as the transfer window approaches its closure.
