Imam Ashour's Conditions for Renewal with Al Ahly
Media figure Ibrahim Abdel Jawad revealed the conditions of Imam Ashour, the star of Al Ahly, for renewing with the club.
Ibrahim Abdel Jawad said on "On Sport" channel: "There is no problem regarding the contractual relationship between Imam Ashour and Al Ahly club."
He added: "There has been no communication between Imam Ashour and Zamalek, either verbally or amicably.. Everything being circulated about that is rumors with no basis in truth."
He continued: "Al Ahly wants to place Imam Ashour in the distinguished first category alongside El-Shenawy, Zizo, Trezeguet, and Ben Sharqi.. to be the fifth player in this category."
He completed: "Imam Ashour wants to receive 85 million pounds per season, consisting of (35 million for the contract + 50 million for advertising contracts).. but Al Ahly has offered a total of 65 million pounds."
He concluded: "Imam Ashour currently receives from Al Ahly an amount equivalent to about 35 million pounds per season (20 million for the contract + 10/15 million for advertising contracts)."
