Ribeiro Responds to Ahly Fans' Criticism
Jose Ribeiro, the coach of Ahly, responded to the criticism from the club's fans and their demands for winning all tournaments.
Ahly won against the Tunisian team Banzarti with a significant score of (5-0) in a friendly match held on Friday evening.
Ribeiro stated in comments after the match on the "Ahly" channel: "I am happy with the training camp period; it was a positive time, and the goal was to achieve the objectives and tactical plans that I want to implement in the upcoming period."
He continued: "I see that we are getting closer to the required playing style, and I see the importance of increasing in the attack line; the players had a great enthusiasm to score goals, and that is a positive thing."
He added: "The fans' criticism and demands do not put any pressure on us; the pressure will enable us to achieve our goals, and the fans know the value of their team very well. It is natural for them to demand the best from us, and without this, the team will not accomplish anything, but we do not have time, and we will always be under pressure."
