Media personality Khaled Al-Ghandour, former star of Zamalek, revealed that Aliou Dieng, the star of Al-Ahly, has rejected the club's offer to renew his contract.
Al-Ghandour stated on Facebook: "After a lengthy meeting with Captain Mohamed Youssef, Aliou Dieng rejects Al-Ahly's renewal offer of $800,000 and is asking for $1.8 million while informing Captain Youssef of an offer from Saudi and Qatari clubs."
The player is considered one of the key pillars in Al-Ahly's midfield.
