Reports have revealed that the Turkish club Galatasaray is keen on signing German goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen, the Barcelona goalkeeper, to be the primary choice to replace Fernando Muslera.

According to 'Mundo Deportivo', Ter Stegen's absence from the first two training sessions of Barcelona has sparked speculation in the Turkish media regarding his future, as Galatasaray aims to secure his services in preparation for next season's UEFA Champions League.

Turkish media have reported that Galatasaray has placed Ter Stegen at the top of their list of candidates, alongside other alternatives such as Lucas Perrin from Lyon and Mike Maignan from Milan.

This comes after Barcelona coach Hans Flick informed the German goalkeeper that he would not be the primary choice next season, prompting Ter Stegen to seek regular playing opportunities to ensure his place in the national team.
