Partey on the Verge of Free Departure.. Saudi Clubs Watching Closely
Thursday 26-06-2025
The British newspaper "Daily Mail" sparked controversy with a new report indicating that Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey is close to leaving Arsenal during the current summer transfer window, without any financial compensation.

Partey, whose contract with Arsenal is set to expire, has not shown clear indications regarding renewal from either the player or the "Gunners" management, leading to thoughts of letting him go this summer.

According to the British newspaper, prominent Saudi clubs are closely monitoring the situation, waiting for an opportunity to sign the player without transfer fees, in a deal that could be economically and sportively attractive.

Al-Nassr, along with Al-Shabab, leads the list of clubs interested in acquiring Partey, while the newly promoted Neom club in the Roshan Saudi League has shown increasing interest in the player in recent days.

These clubs are awaiting Arsenal's official position, amidst reports of imminent negotiations that could lead to the end of the relationship between the player and the English club before the start of the new season.
