Ahmed Hassan, the former Zamalek star, revealed Rami Rabia's position regarding renewing with Al Ahly.
Ahmed Hassan stated via his Facebook page: "A close source to Rami Rabia... the player will renew his contract with Al Ahly if his financial requests are approved, which include a first-class salary... He has a strong Saudi offer with a salary double what he will receive at Al Ahly."
On another note, Al Ahly is preparing to face Pharco next Wednesday in the eighth round of the decisive phase of the Egyptian Premier League.
Al Ahly is currently at the top of the league standings with 55 points.
