Journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed today, Sunday, the truth about FC Barcelona's interest in the Italian duo Alessandro Bastoni and Spanish Alejandro Grimaldo.

Romano stated that the reports regarding Barca's desire to sign Bastoni, the center-back for Inter Milan, and Grimaldo, the left-back for Bayer Leverkusen, are inaccurate.

Despite Bastoni's high quality, Barcelona does not consider him a target for signing, especially given the high cost of acquiring him, and it seems that German Jonathan Tah is the first choice for this position.

As for Grimaldo, a former player for the Catalan club, he has been linked with a return multiple times, but with Alejandro Balde and Gerard Martin currently present, there is no need to sign him.
