Reports revealed that the officials at Al-Ahly Club have settled on a special bonus for Imam Ashour, the team's player, during the upcoming period, following his outstanding performance over the past two seasons.

According to the reports, the Al-Ahly management denied any intention to modify Imam Ashour's contract in terms of duration or salary, as his contract is set to expire in June 2028, not 2027 as rumored.

The reports added that the management of the red team intends to satisfy Imam Ashour financially by involving him in some advertising campaigns before the team participates in the Club World Cup in June.

The reports emphasized that Ashour has three seasons remaining on his contract, and there is no intention to extend it this season due to the club's focus on renewing contracts for players whose contracts expire at the end of the season.
