FC Barcelona has officially mourned the passing of the team's doctor, who died unexpectedly this evening.
The statement read: "With deep sadness and sorrow, FC Barcelona mourns the death of first-team doctor Carles Minyaro Garcia this Saturday evening."
It added: "Due to this painful reason, the match tonight between Barcelona and Osasuna in the 27th round of La Liga has been postponed."
The statement concluded: "The Board of Directors of FC Barcelona and all its employees extend their heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the family, friends, and loved ones of the deceased."
