Al Ahly Seeks to Increase Imam Ashour's Contract
Media figure Mohamed Shabana revealed that Al Ahly's management is moving towards increasing Imam Ashour's contract in the upcoming period to secure him.
Mohamed Shabana stated in television remarks: "Imam Ashour confirmed that he will not leave Al Ahly no matter what happens, and the player has many offers. His contract ends at the end of the next season, and Al Ahly is trying to secure him at this time."
He added: "Al Ahly is seeking to increase Imam Ashour's contract in the upcoming period to ensure the player's continuity in the team, especially since he is one of the main pillars of the team."
On another note, today, Wednesday, at 9 PM Cairo time, Al Ahly will meet Tala'ea El Gaish in a match as part of the 17th round of the Egyptian Premier League.
