About the Team

Poland. The Poland national football team is the official representative of the Republic of Poland in international tournaments, and it is overseen by the Polish Football Association (PZPN), which was established in 1919 and joined FIFA in 1923. The Polish national team is considered one of the prestigious teams in Europe, achieving its best results in the World Cup by finishing in third place in 1974 and 1982. It has also qualified for the UEFA European Championship several times, reaching the quarter-finals in Euro 2016.
