Following the elite draw, the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) revealed the distribution of the remaining three levels' groups for the upcoming edition of the European Nations League.

The draw witnessed a geographical and technical distribution ensuring great excitement for teams aiming to secure promotion tickets to higher levels.

Level 'B': Ambition to Return to the Spotlight

This level is considered the most exciting due to the close technical levels of the teams aspiring to reach the elite level, and the groups are as follows:

Group A: Hungary, Switzerland, Ireland, North Macedonia.

Group B: Poland, Austria, Georgia, Northern Ireland.

Group C: Scotland, Ukraine, Slovenia, Kosovo.

Group D: Israel, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Sweden.

Level 'C': Battle for Self-Assertion

In the third level, strong confrontations emerge for teams that have shown significant development in recent years, resulting in the draw:

Group A: Iceland, Finland, Belarus, (winner of the Latvia/Gibraltar playoff).

Group B: Albania, Slovakia, Faroe Islands, (winner of the Luxembourg/Malta playoff).

Group C: Montenegro, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Moldova.

Group D: Kazakhstan, Armenia, Estonia, San Marino.

Level 'D': Opportunity for Emerging Teams

This level continues with a two-group system, providing the opportunity for lower-ranked teams to compete for direct qualification spots:

Group A: Loser of the (Latvia/Gibraltar) playoff, loser of the (Luxembourg/Malta) playoff, Andorra.

Group B: Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Liechtenstein.

The group stage matches are scheduled to take place during the months of September, October, and November of the current year 2026.
