Injury wave hits national teams and clubs with key names leaving their countries' camps

The current international break has seen a wave of injuries and physical issues forcing several players to leave their national teams and return to their clubs, which is a significant blow for many teams ahead of the resumption of domestic and continental competitions.

Among the notable names that have left their national team camps are Kai Havertz and Jamal Musiala with Germany, as Havertz suffered a muscle injury against the Netherlands, while examinations revealed a tear in Musiala's thigh muscle.
