Due to fantasy football, Arteta makes a decisive decision at Arsenal
Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, has made a decision to prevent anyone within the club from selecting players for the team's Fantasy Premier League lineup, following the incident in the match against Liverpool (1-0).
The decision came after the leak of Arsenal player Christos Tzolis's lineup in the fantasy game last week, which revealed his starting participation against Liverpool in the 9th round of the Premier League.
Following this, Mikel Arteta has decided not to allow anyone inside Arsenal to own players from the team in their fantasy lineup, in a move aimed at avoiding the recurrence of such leaks that could reveal the coaching staff's options before matches.
Christos Tzolis has responded to developments by using the "wild card" feature this week, making sweeping changes to his lineup and excluding all Arsenal players. A club staff member, who is also participating in the fantasy game, followed the same step.
