Three Esperance Tunis players face derby absence ahead of US Monastir clash

Esperance Tunis enter their next match against US Monastir, scheduled for Saturday, with considerations that go beyond competing for three points, amid fears of losing three players during the anticipated capital derby against Club Africain.

Pablo Franco's team is preparing for the postponed match from the sixth round of the Tunisian league, aiming to secure victory and collect all the points. However, Mohamed El Hajj Mahmoud, Moaz El Hajj Ali, and Abderrahmane Konaté will need to be cautious to avoid receiving a third yellow card, which could prevent them from participating in the upcoming clash.

This match holds additional significance for the trio as the capital derby against Club Africain approaches, scheduled to take place on November 22, as part of the eighth round of the Tunisian league.
