Reason for Mohamed Hany's exclusion from some Al Ahly FC matches

Former Al Ahly FC star Osama Hosny has clarified that Mohamed Hany's absence from some of the team's matches is purely for technical reasons, firmly denying any connection to the renewal of his contract with the Red Castle.

Osama Hosny has stated in television remarks that Mohamed Hany's exclusion was for technical reasons, not because of his unwillingness to renew his contract with Al Ahly FC. He pointed out that the renewal file had been on the player's mind during the past matches.

It was pointed out that the coaching staff's desire to rest Mohamed Hany for one or two matches aimed to give him a chance to catch his breath and regain his mental focus, in preparation for his return to the starting lineup of the team in a normal manner.

Al Ahly FC are preparing to face Sekka El Hadid next Saturday at Cairo International Stadium in the Egypt Cup Round of 32.
