Shouber reveals Al Ahly's gains during match against Al Mokawloon

Ahmad Shobair confirmed that Al Ahly fans felt the return of the team's spirit and the form they are used to from the Reds, as several players showed impressive performances during the recent match against Al Mokawloon Al Arab.

Al Ahly secured a victory against Al Mokawloon Al Arab with a score of 1-0 last Monday in the second round of the group stage of the Cairo Capital Cup.

Shobir confirmed that the return of competition for a place within Al Ahly was one of the most significant positives, as all players are now required to give their best in order to earn a chance to play, with no guaranteed spot for any player.

Shobeir stated in his radio comments: "The fans were very happy that Mahmoud Salah played and was good, and Mohamed Abdullah played and was good, and that the big players were scared. There is no reserved place for anyone; everyone plays and participates. As long as you are good on the pitch, you will play."

The current competitive atmosphere is energizing the team, with performance on the pitch now the sole criterion for a place in the starting lineup, away from considerations of stardom or past achievements. This has injected new spirit and strong motivation into the veins of the Red Giant, providing the coaching staff with a wide and varied range of tactical solutions for the upcoming challenges.
