Gary Neville, the English legend of Manchester United and current analyst at "Sky Sports", has sharply criticized Brazilian Gabriel Magalhães, Arsenal's defender, for his actions during the match against Liverpool, which ended with the Gunners winning by a goal to nil, in the Premier League.

The incident occurred in the 2nd minute of the match when Gabriel came into contact with Swedish player Alexander Isak, before falling to the ground holding his face, claiming he was struck by an elbow, despite Isak not delivering any such blow. The referee decided to speak with the Brazilian defender and allowed play to continue.

Neville criticized Arsenal defender Gabriel, pointing out that this is not the first time he has resorted to such antics to win a foul, despite his admiration for his passion and enthusiasm on the pitch.

Neville said: "Gabriel can be disappointing at times. I admire his passion and energy, but he puts his hand on his chest and then moves it to his face. It's embarrassing, and he needs to stop doing that."

Despite the criticism directed at Arsenal's defender, his team managed to achieve a valuable victory at Anfield, ending a 14-year wait for a win against Liverpool at this ground, and rising to the top of the Premier League table.
