Adarabioyo set for first Premier League start with Tottenham

Tosin Adarabioyo is set to make his first start in the Premier League for Tottenham when the team faces Coventry on Monday.

The 29-year-old defender has joined Tottenham from Chelsea on transfer deadline day, but he has only featured once as a substitute in the Premier League, during the goalless draw against Everton last month. He also started in the match against Liverpool in the EFL Cup, which ended in a defeat for Tottenham.

Tottenham have spent the past few days in a training camp in Marbella, Spain, as manager Roberto De Zerbi works on potential adjustments to the team's defensive approach ahead of the upcoming home match against Coventry, managed by Frank Lampard.

This will be Adarabioyo's first start in the Premier League since last May, when he was a player for Chelsea against Nottingham Forest.

Tottenham are seeking their first win of the Premier League season, as they enter the match sitting at the bottom of the table with three points. Meanwhile, Coventry occupy the sixteenth position with six points, having secured two consecutive victories before and after the international break.
