Tottenham target signing SC Freiburg player

Tottenham are interested in signing Japanese attacking midfielder Yuito Suzuki from SC Freiburg, based on manager Roberto De Zerbi's desire to strengthen his attacking options during the upcoming winter transfer window.

According to "CaughtOffside", citing "Fussball News", Tottenham are competing with AC Milan to sign the 24-year-old player, while Real Sociedad are monitoring his development.

Yuito Suzuki is known for his tactical versatility, as he can play as an attacking midfielder or second striker and on the wings, making him a suitable option to bolster Tottenham's attack.

SC Freiburg values the player between €40 million and €45 million and does not wish to sell him during the mid-season, especially with no active release clause in his contract.

Tottenham and AC Milan are considering making an offer of around €35 million, including performance-related bonuses, but they may need to increase the fee to convince the German club to part with the player.
