Feyenoord coach: We played bravely and exploited spaces against Como
Gio van Bronckhorst said after the match: "I think the most important thing is to be brave. We defended and attacked knowing that we would face many individual duels, and this helped us score the equalizer just two minutes after Como took the lead."
Feyenoord's coach added: "When we went ahead 3-1, we managed to exploit the spaces left by the opponent, but we were unlucky in the end to concede a goal from Dovkas," referring to Como's goal that reduced the deficit in the final minutes.
The Dutch coach spoke about Anis Hadj Moussa's brilliance, who scored a goal and made a difference with his attacking movements, saying: "It is extremely difficult for defenders to stop him; they dealt with him well in the first half, and we had to be patient because we knew chances would come."
Gio van Bronckhorst concluded his remarks by addressing the upcoming clash with Inter, pointing out the strength of the Italian side. He stated that Inter possesses great quality despite their recent loss, affirming that Feyenoord knows their opponent well and that they are among the strongest teams in Italy.
Giovani van Bronckhorst, the head coach of Feyenoord, expressed his happiness with the 3-2 victory over Como in the UEFA Champions League, confirming that his team performed well and succeeded in exploiting the spaces that appeared during the match.
