Key sanctions from the 5th round of the Egyptian League

The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association has announced the sanctions for the fifth round of the first phase of the Egyptian League.

The most notable sanctions from the round are as follows:

The match between Al Masry and Ittihad.

Hossam Abdel Aal, the general coach of Al Masry, has been suspended for one match and fined 10,000 Egyptian pounds due to a red card. He has also received a warning and an additional fine of 30,000 Egyptian pounds for attempting to assault players or staff, and for trying to engage in a physical altercation with the administrative member of Ittihad, Mohamed El Sayed.

Mr. Abdel Karim, the administrative manager of Ittihad team, has been suspended for one match and fined 10,000 Egyptian pounds due to a red card. He has also received a warning and an additional fine of 30,000 Egyptian pounds for attempting to assault players, coaching staff, or support personnel, and for trying to engage in a physical altercation with the general coach of Al Masry, Hossam Mohammad Mahmoud.

The match between Ghazl El Mahalla and Zamalek is set to take place.

Wail Abdel Rahim, Ghazl El Mahalla's assistant coach, has been suspended for one match and fined 10,000 Egyptian pounds due to his dismissal.

Ghazl El Mahalla have been fined 100,000 Egyptian pounds due to collective abuse directed at the match referee by their fans.

Ghazl El Mahalla have received a notice of attention and a fine of 100,000 Egyptian pounds due to their fans throwing stones and water bottles onto the pitch at the second assistant referee.

Match between El Sharkia Enppi FC and Pyramids FC:

Pyramids FC have been fined 50,000 Egyptian pounds due to their players receiving six yellow cards during the match.

- A notice has been issued to Mohamed Taher El Naggar, the administrator of Pyramids FC, along with a fine of 20,000 Egyptian pounds for protesting the referee's decisions after the match.
