Arsenal eye two new signings in January transfer window
Arsenal are targeting a move for Junior Kroupi, the AFC Bournemouth striker, and Kevin Schade, the Brentford winger, during the upcoming winter transfer window, according to a report from CaughtOffside.
Arsenal have been linked with several big names during the summer transfer window, but they were unable to sign Morgan Rogers, Vinicius Junior, or Julian Alvarez, which may push them to strengthen their attack in January.
Junior Kroupi is currently sidelined due to injury, but he scored 13 goals in the Premier League last season, including one against Manchester City that contributed to AFC Bournemouth's qualification for European competitions.
Kevin Schade is not a new name on Arsenal's list, as TEAMtalk reported that the club monitored the player during the summer, but his high value made the deal difficult. The club's position may change in January.
Arsenal's interest in the duo comes amid the unconvincing start of both Viktor Gyökeres and Eberechi Eze, with Kroupi and Schade potentially representing options to bolster the attacking line during the winter transfer window.
