Valencia in talks with Valverde to replace Kurbíran
After Carlos Corberán's departure from Valencia following a poor start to the season, the club has begun its search for a new manager, with Ernesto Valverde among the top options.
According to Cadena SER, Valencia have been in negotiations for several days with Valverde, who left Athletic Bilbao this summer, in an attempt to persuade him to take over the team's management.
Negotiations appear to be difficult, especially as Valverde is still considering his future after leaving Bilbao. However, Valencia see him as an ideal option to lead the new phase, benefiting from his extensive experience in LaLiga and his knowledge of the local competitive atmosphere, as well as his previous experience with the bats.
Valverde is one of the key names being considered by new sporting director Braulio Vázquez, whose first task will be to select the new coach, with the club eager to resolve the matter quickly.
