Valencia announces the return of Braulio Vázquez as sporting director

Valencia have officially announced the signing of Braulio Vázquez as the club's new sporting director, in a move aimed at leading the team's new sporting structure.

Vázquez, born in Pontevedra in 1972, has extensive experience in sports management within Spanish football, having previously worked with Valencia as sporting director between 2010 and 2013, after being part of the club's football structure earlier.

Since 2017, Vázquez has been responsible for the sports management at Osasuna, where he held the position of head of sports for the past nine seasons, before deciding to return to Valencia for a new experience with the club.

Valencia are relying on Vazquez's experience and knowledge of the club, along with his long career in Spanish football, to lead the new phase of the sports system. He is expected to be officially presented in the coming period.
