Pacho sets his condition for agreeing to move to Arsenal

Ecuadorian defender Pacho of Paris Saint-Germain has expressed his willingness to consider a transfer to Arsenal, Premier League champions, on the condition that he receives an appropriate salary.

TEAMtalk has reported that Pacho remains a target for several clubs, including Arsenal and Manchester City, despite recently renewing his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

The Ecuadorian defender is currently earning €11 million annually with Paris Saint-Germain, meaning Arsenal will need to offer a salary exceeding this figure to persuade him to move to the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal have the financial capacity to offer this salary, but it may pose a challenge to the club's wage policy, as William Saliba earns €14 million annually, while only five players earn more than €11 million.

Arsenal have bolstered their defensive line during the summer transfer window by signing Piero Hincapié and Ezri Konsa, alongside the presence of Saliba, Cristhian Mosquera, Ben White, Gabriel, Timber, Calafiori, and Myles Lewis-Skelly.
