Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain target Aston Villa goalkeeper
Zion Suzuki, Aston Villa's goalkeeper, has caught the attention of several top European clubs after his impressive performances since joining the team last summer for £30 million.
According to "TEAMtalk", Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are keeping an eye on the 24-year-old Japanese goalkeeper, alongside Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool, and Tottenham.
Paris Saint-Germain previously considered signing Zion Suzuki during the summer, but opted to give Matvey Safonov and Lucas Chevalier additional opportunities. However, they are still interested in acquiring him, while Real Madrid is also monitoring his development, despite being prepared to renew Thibaut Courtois' contract.
Liverpool are monitoring the goalkeeper amid uncertainty over Alisson's future, while Tottenham are considering their future options in goal.
In contrast, Aston Villa are holding on to Zion Suzuki, who has a five-year contract and is considered a key part of their plans. The same source indicated that the goalkeeper could become the most expensive in history, surpassing the record of £70 million that Chelsea paid for Kepa in 2018.
