Ittihad chase Bajraktarievic after Hadj Moussa deal stalls

Al Ittihad have turned their attention to Bosnian Ismir Begović, PSV Eindhoven player, to compensate for their stalled negotiations with Algerian Anis Hadj Moussa.

Feyenoord have rejected a €37.5 million offer from Al-Ittihad for Anis Hadj Moussa, preferring to keep the Algerian winger during the current period.

The anticipated transfer was set to become the most expensive in Feyenoord's history, but the Dutch club decided against allowing the player to leave.

After closing the file on Anis Hadj Moussa, the federation has initiated a new move towards Bajraktarievic in an attempt to strengthen the right wing position before the end of the Saudi transfer market.

The club informed PSV Eindhoven of their desire to sign the Bosnian player, as the Dutch club is open to the idea of selling him due to having several options in his position.

Ittihad are preparing to make a strong financial offer to secure the deal, especially since Bagrat Tarievich joined PSV Eindhoven a year and a half ago from New England Revolution for 3 million euros.

The player, who grew up in the United States, has struggled to secure a regular starting spot with PSV Eindhoven, making only 43 appearances, during which he scored 7 goals and provided 5 assists.

The union hopes to finalize the deal quickly to strengthen their attacking options with a new right winger after their previous attempt to sign Anis Hadj Moussa from Feyenoord fell through.
