Approval of the new board formation for Al-Ittihad Club Company

The relevant authorities have approved the new formation of the board of directors of Al-Ittihad Club Company, chaired by Reda Baturji, as part of the new administrative steps for managing the company in the upcoming phase.

The council has included Abdulaziz Al-Zaid, Fares Al-Hujailan, Suhaib Jamjoom, Taha Nazer, Abdullah Al-Balawi, and Al-Waleed Al-Haidar in its new formation, alongside Chairman Redha Batarji.

The new formation has been approved as part of the restructuring of the administrative framework of Al-Ittihad Club, aligning with the upcoming phase and the requirements of the club's new management.

The Ministry of Sports announced on August 19 the dissolution of the boards of directors of Al Ahly FC, Al-Hilal, Al Ittihad, and Al Nassr, following the transfer of ownership of the shares of non-profit institutions to the Public Investment Fund.

The new board of directors is preparing to continue administrative work within the Ittihad Club company, following the completion of its formation under the presidency of Redha Batarji and the membership of the six announced names within the new structure.
