Mohamed Salah Scores Twice for Trabzonspor Against Basaksehir

Egyptian star Mohamed Salah netted two goals for Trabzonspor against Başakşehir in their match during the second round of the Turkish league for the 2026/2027 season.

Mohamed Salah's first goal came in the eighth minute of the match, as he capitalized on a ball that slipped from the hands of the Başakşehir goalkeeper, striking it powerfully before it hit the post and crossed the goal line.

The referee returned to the video technology to confirm that the ball had crossed the goal line, before announcing the goal, giving Trabzonspor the lead, and marking Mohamed Salah's first goal for the team.

Mohamed Salah added his second goal for his team in the 48th minute, further strengthening Trabzonspor's advantage in the match.

With this, Salah raised his tally to two goals in the match, after failing to score during his appearances against Kasımpaşa and Ferencváros prior to facing Başakşehir.
